How it works

Five steps to pure circularity

From unsorted waste to high-value carbon black and clean water in about two hours per cycle, loading and unloading included: load, heat and pressure, catalyse, carbonise, extract.

Per cycle

  1. Unsorted waste on the loading conveyor

    01/10 t capacity

    Load

Ten tonnes of unsorted organic waste go into the sealed reactor vessel. No sorting line in front of it.

  2. Reactor under heat and pressure

    02/500 °C at 10 bar

    Heat and pressure

The reactor heats to 500 °C under a controlled 10 bar. Indirect electric heat, no flame in contact with the material.

  3. Catalyst acting on molecular bonds

    03/Patented catalyst

    Catalyse

The proprietary catalyst destabilises molecular bonds without combustion.

  4. Molecular breakdown into carbon

    04/Pure carbon

    Carbonise

At operating temperature and pressure the carbonisation itself takes about 30 minutes.

  5. Extracted carbon black

    05/97.3% purity

    Extract

High-purity carbon and distilled water come out. Zero residual waste.

The line

Six stations, one sealed path

Scroll to assemble the line. Every station exists to keep oxygen out and heat even.

  • 1

    Feed input and active drying

Wet, unsorted waste enters a rotary dryer at 100 to 300 °C. Moisture drops below 15 percent. Dry feed such as rubber and tyres bypasses this stage.

  • 2

    Size reduction

Twin-shaft alloy blades cut everything to under 3 cm, so heat reaches every piece and nothing blocks the line.

  • 3

    Catalyst dosing

A twin-shaft mixer doses the proprietary catalyst evenly through the prepared feed.

  • 4

    Sealed carbonisation

The horizontal reactor runs at about 10 bar and 500 °C under indirect electric heat, with no atmospheric oxygen inside.

  • 5

    Vapour treatment

Reactor vapour goes through series filters and a condenser. Water and other liquids are recovered, not vented.

  • 6

    Sealed discharge and cooling

A double-layer, water-cooled screw brings the carbon to room temperature before it meets air.
